South Beach Come enjoy the white sand and crystal clear water! This world famous beach has a lot to offer! Lay out on the sand or jump in and take a swim! You can rent a jet ski, take a boat ride, or even parasail if you’re brave enough! At night the moon looks amazing on the water and it isn’t uncommon to see couples building small fires and counting the stars. Luckily the neon lights from the strip don’t really obstruct the view but the sounds of the city aren’t too far in the distance. |

Ocean Drive This is where the party is! There are clubs galore! Sure the night life is a fun thing to enjoy but there is so much more here. You can find interesting shops, authentic cuisine and the beach is never to far away! Also the hotels range from high class with expensive views to very affordable but don’t expect to much from the service there. Take in the beach and shops during the day and once the sun sets enjoy a mixed drink and dance till dawn! Vampire and Lycanthrope clubs are becoming more popular here and Miami is not only a vacation spot because of its beaches but now it’s also drawing people because of its not so human patrons. |

The Boardwalk Night of day, this place is fun and exciting. Its four miles that stretch along the backside between Ocean Drive and the beach. You can enjoy some fun tourist type shops, watch the waves and grab some pretzels and corn dogs, and of course don’t forget the ice cream! There is also a carnival section with fun games, of course you almost never win, plenty of small sized rides to enjoy and even a fairs wheel that will show you the city from above! You can always reach the beach and some of the clubs and restaurants can be reached from back entrances this way. |

Bayside Marketplace This is an outside mall that is built in a circle. They have some tourist shops that sell everything from authentic beach sea shells to Miami t-shirts. But there also are some nice shops, everything from clothes to baked goods. Also don’t forget to stop by the food court, sure there are some expected places to eat but there also is authentic Cuban cuisine made at a fast pace. |

The Villa Hotel Once owned by Versace himself this Villa still holds all of his original touches. It has amazing views of the ocean, with a price to match. The spa is one of a kind and the suit and tie restaurant is easily a five star establishment. All guests have access to the beach though they aren’t guaranteed privacy there. The pool however is for guests only and has a unique pool, where one section is bottled with tables where people can sit in the water and be served drinks without ever having to leave the temperature regulated water. Everything is done top notch at this hotel and is expected to be so by reputation alone. |

SoBe Housing Housing here is somewhat expensive but deals can be found. Apartments and Condo type establishments are the only thing available in this area. There are however small town houses that can be bought, usually with a huge price tag. Most people like to call them bungalows and almost all of them are built in three’s, but they are far and few between. The price range but don’t expect them to be low. |

Little Havana Salsa music and fast talking Spanish, that’s some of the things you can expect to finds on the streets of this area. There is a huge Cuban population here and they thrive on tourism as well as having a tight knit community. There are very authentic restaurants and the shops often offer handmade items that wouldn’t be found anywhere else. Because at night around here though, thanks to their tight knit community they often cover up for drug lords and thugs, its gotten better but it still can be dangerous. |

Bayfront Park This is a little park surrounded by huge sky rises, it offered the city people a little slice of nature. The foliage is all Florida born, plenty of palm trees and huge oaks to offer shade. There are fountains that people toss penny’s into for wishing and the layout of the park makes cement very limited. There are places to have picnics and just enjoy the fresh air but the hustle and bustle is never far away. |

Tempo Hotel This hotel is affordable and has a beach front view, its near the edge of Downtown and somewhat close to South Beach but still close to the important locations in Downtown. The rates are affordable and the view can be beautiful. Its more for business people with its cookie cutter rooms and free wi-fi. But they do have free continental breakfast for their members! No spa and a small pool here. |

Business District High rises welcome the boats into Miami, they reach for the sky and are decorated with plenty of lights to show how vibrant the city really is. Everything from executives to drug lords have offices in his district. One of those huge buildings is home to Blue Lagoon Productions, they are a world famous film production company with their home office based out of Miami. There are a lot of small deli’s and shops here, it’s very much the city life. Sub-boards: Blue Lagoon Studios, Durban Psychology |

The Starfish Gallery Art hangs from the walls but it is every changing. They bring in priceless art collections from all over the world and sometimes even have shows for up and coming artists. Come in to see the art, or come to view a local up and coming artist. Who knows, you might just get a deal on a painting that might be worth millions later on. |

The Ports This ranges from an industrial area where massive tankers can dock and unload to private areas where yachts and speed boats alike can be kept. There also is a place for cruise liners to dock and unload or load people, this is a huge business for Miami and their waters. There are some warehouses in this area, some rumored to be clubs at night though they are always moving. Be careful down here at night, you never know what you might find, or what might find you. Downtown Housing Most of these are apartments and condo buildings with some penthouses available for the right price. The price ranges can vary depending on the size and location and there are plenty of places for rent. Most of the views would be of the city and at night that can be an amazing view. Almost all the necessities are a short walk away and there is plenty to see and do in the city. Sub-board: Orphée aux Enfers |

Miami Design District This up and coming area is known to have all the latest and greatest and some of it is very affordable. Looking for some off the wall clothes, or want to enjoy some twisted yet modern art? Well this is the place to go! There also are plenty of cool lounges and bars to enjoy and good food. Sub-boards: Sumo Sushi, Modern Gallery, Heart & Soul |

Little Haiti This area isn’t really for tourists and is home to a lot of the Haitian immigrants. The locals however enjoy a lot of unique cuisine and comfort food. The shops here have a lot of unique items that wouldn’t be found many other places and while the area can be rough it is very full of life. There are plenty of street performers and they are known to have huge block parties with plenty of Haitian influence. But be careful, the not so human locals found here can be very dangerous and are known to have plemty of Voodoo tendencies. Sub-boards: The Crossroads Botanic, Lincoln Memorial Park |

Flamingo Park Living up to its name sake this park is home to a good number of Flamingos, they have their own pool but they also sometimes roam around the park at their own free will. This park however is also a place for the locals to go and enjoy themselves. One side of it connects to the Miami River and there is canoeing and kayaking as well as some air boat rides. You can enjoy a picnic and have some fun in the sun without the sand. Or take a nice hike along the trails and see some of Florida’s wildlife. |

There is a movie theater here that is always playing the latest films. There is a small outside mall as well that has more tourist based shops and even a few small places to eat or grab something sweet. Sub-boards: Movie Theater, Ground Café |

Lyric Theatre This historic theater is a local treasure that was deemed a historical land mark. The main building was kept intact for smaller shows and a museum to show just how important the small theater is to the community and to the famous people who have played there. A much largest establishment was erected directly behind it and houses much bigger performances there including ballets and concerts, but is never lost the importance to the locals and gives them a place to play and still signifies Old Miami. |

North Beaches This beach is mostly private, of course not all of it is but it is a lot more quite than South Beach is. The beaches are white and sandy, they stretch for miles and there are plenty of secluded lagoons. Some of the private areas are owned by residents, others by hotels. At night there is barely anything to obstruct the view and all you can hear is the roar of the ocean. |

The Scarlett Hotel This hotel is owned and operated by Viktor, though he keeps that information on a need to known basis. The hotel is world renowned and known to be a very fun but also relaxing place to be. It has an amazing stretch of private beach, a first class Spa, two huge pools on inside and the other outside. The outside pool has a huge deck and plenty of small bars to keep the party going well into the night. The price tag isn’t cheap but the service is well worth it.
